Family Story and Situation:
Angel is a disabled mother raising four boys on a limited SSI income. Without extended family to depend on and coming from a childhood marked by trauma, she is determined to give her sons a loving and stable home. This year has been especially difficult. Her four year old has been battling serious ongoing health issues since May, requiring frequent trips to specialists, procedures, and surgeries. Caring for him has caused Angel to lose work hours and fall behind financially.

During warmer months she picks up part time work with a friend’s small business, but those opportunities disappear when the season slows down. Balancing medical needs, bills, and daily expenses has made it impossible to provide Christmas gifts. She shared that her boys are grateful, loving, and never complain, and she simply wants them to feel the joy of Christmas despite their hardships.
