Family Story and Situation:
Synethia is a single grandmother raising her 7-year-old granddaughter with no support from either parent. While waiting on her disability claim to be approved, she is doing everything she can on a very limited income. The medical and transportation needs tied to her granddaughter’s appointments make things even harder.
She shared that Ma’Kinslee means the world to her. She tries every day to make sure this little girl knows she is loved, cared for, and protected — something she does not receive from her parents. Synethia simply wants to give her granddaughter a joyful Christmas and a sense of stability during a difficult season.
