Family #28 – Veronica J.

Adults in Home:
• Veronica J. (Single mother, Female)

Children:
• Jada – 12 (Female)
• Kiemya – 3 (Female)

Family Story and Situation:
Veronica is a single mother doing all she can to keep her two daughters cared for and their home stable. This year, rising costs and unexpected expenses have stretched her finances to the breaking point. After paying for basic needs — housing, utilities, food — there is simply nothing left for Christmas.

She shared that she wants her girls to still feel the joy and excitement of the holiday season, even during difficult times. Veronica continues working and trying to make ends meet, but she cannot afford Christmas gifts, winter clothing, or the extra support needed right now. Assistance with groceries, utilities, and the children’s needs would make a meaningful difference for this small family.
