Family #30 – Denine P.

Adults in Home:
• Denine P. (Female)
• Husband (Male, ill and awaiting disability approval)

Children (Custody of Aunt):
• Hunter – 11 (Male)
• Remmington – 10 (Female)
• Oakleigh – 6 (Female)

Family Story and Situation:
Denine shared that this year has been extremely difficult for their family. She recently received custody of her three nieces and nephew, ages 6, 10, and 11. Her husband is currently very ill and fighting for disability approval, which has left the family without the income they once depended on.

With sudden guardianship responsibilities, limited finances, and her husband’s health issues, the household has been under tremendous strain. Denine begins a new job next week and is hopeful, but right now the children have immediate needs she cannot meet — especially clothing, as all three are “growing like weeds.”

She also expressed a heartfelt request for prayer as they navigate this challenging season. Despite everything, she is working hard to provide stability, love, and consistency for the children during a very hard year.

Christmas Needs:
• Clothing for all three children:
– Hunter: size 16/18
– Remmington: size 12/14
– Oakleigh: size 7/8

Christmas Wishes:
The children would like toys, though they are described as “a little picky,” so flexible gift cards or general toys are welcome.

Location:
